The United States Sports Academy has reached an agreement with the Gabarron Foundation to deliver sport education programs in the city of Barcelona, Spain.

Barcelona hosted the 1992 Summer Olympic Games. Spain’s Cristobal Gabarron created the magnificent Olympic mural, “History of the Olympic Games,” for the Barcelona Games. It is the largest mural in the world with sport motives. The Board of Trustees for the American Sport Art Museum and Archives (ASAMA) elected Gabarron as the 1992 Sport Artist of the Year.

Cristobal Gabarron and his sons, Cris and Juan, joined Academy Vice President Dr. T.J. Rosandich in signing the Protocol for Cooperation at the Gabarron Foundation Carriage House Center for the Arts in New York City.
