National Faculty Member to Teach Course in Jamaica

United States Sports Academy National Faculty member Dr. Cynthia Ryder will teach a course “Introduction to the Business of Sports Agents,” from 11-14 February in Kingston, Jamaica. The course is part of the International Best Practices Network (IPBN), an education management organization.

Dr. Ryder earned a doctorate in physical education from the University of Georgia, a Master of Science degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Wheaton College in Illinois. She has 30 years of experience in academic and athletic administration in higher education. She has published numerous articles and is a speaker at professional conferences.

Dr. Ryder serves as the Dean of Assessment and Chair of Organizational Leadership at Columbia Southern University. She previously served as the Vice President of Academic Affairs at the Academy.
