U.S. Sports Academy Sports Talk to discuss ‘What the Ray Rice decision says about NFL and Women’

Daphne, AL – Sports fans mark your calendars for 11:30 a.m. Wednesday for the next edition of the United States Sports Academy’s Sports Talk program.

This week the Sports Talk panel will discuss “What the Ray Rice decision says about NFL and Women.” The panel will discuss if actions speak louder than words and asks what the NFL ‘penalty’ handed out to Ray Rice for domestic violence tell us about how the NFL sees women?

Moderated by Dr. Arthur Ogden, Chair of Sports Management at the Academy, the program features commentary on a wide range of current events in the sporting world from a panel of experts from The Sports Academy.

Along with Dr. Ogden, the panel will include Dr. Steve Butler, Dean Academic Affairs, and Sara Lee, the Academy’s Registrar.  

The program will also be available for viewing afterwards at the USSA’s YouTube site at https://www.youtube.com/user/USSportsAcademy. The USSA’s Sports Talk program features discussions on current sports topic each week by Academy faculty and staff.
