The United State Sports Academy faculty and staff celebrated Good Friday last week with an employee cookout and some special team-building competitions at the campus in Daphne, AL.

Organized by Dean of Administration and Finance Holly McLellan, the events were described by many as one of the best gathering of faculty and staff in the 40+ years of the Academy. Both McLellan and Robert Kline from the Academy’s operations area were awarded Certificates of Merit for their effort in planning and implementing of the program.

Along with the cookout, the departments divided up into several teams and competed in team-building exercises, which included an Easter egg hunt, an egg relay, a corn hole competition and Backyard Jenga.

The team creatively coined ETC, representing the Executive, Technology and Communications departments won the overall competition between the departments.
