DAPHNE, Ala. – The United States Sports Academy (USSA) was ranked fourteenth by Top Management Degrees on their list of the 25 Best Schools for Online Bachelor’s Degrees in Sport Management. Top Management Degrees is an online guide that ranks and reviews the best management and business degree programs.

Schools were ranked based on faculty credentials, student services and engagement, course delivery technology, student satisfaction, and tuition costs. The data was derived from the most recent and publicly available sources, including U.S. News & World Report and The National Center for Education and Statistics.

“To be honored with a ranking like this is very exciting for the Academy. The bachelor’s program with its flexibility and mentorship program is in a class by itself,” says Dr. Tim Foley, Director of Student Services at the United States Sports Academy.

The United States Sports Academy is the largest free-standing sports university in the world and is regionally accredited. With outstanding faculty that present relevant curricula in sports management, sports medicine, and coaching, USSA awards bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees worldwide.

The United States Sports Academy was the first and is the only of its kind in the United States. It was established in 1972 to turn around a new scientific finding that linked poor preparation of coaches to the injuries incurred by the athletes they supervised. Forbes states that the sports industry is expected to grow to $145.3 billion between 2010 and 2015. Because of the United States Sports Academy, sport professionals everywhere can prepare thoroughly for their work.
