Location for 2016 Summer Games to be Named in October

The International Olympic Committee will announce the site of the 2016 Summer Olympic Games on 2 October 2009 in Copenhagen. Chicago, Rio de Janeiro, Tokyo and Madrid are the finalists to host the Olympiad. Host cities for the Summer Games also host the Paralympics during the same year.
