The latest addition to the Sport Sculpture Park will be unveiled at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, November 7, 2014, on the Academy’s campus in Daphne, Ala.
Academy President and CEO, Dr. Thomas P. Rosandich, congratulated Dr. Daniel Stewart for successfully defending his dissertation on “Dominant Arm/Dominant Leg Usage in Youthball Goalball Players” on Wednesday, 29 October 2014. Dr. Stewart, who now holds a Doctorate of Education in Sport Management from the Academy, is currently the Vice President of Student Services at Flagler College in St. Augustine, Fla.
Prior to his honorary doctorate ceremony, HRH Prince Feisal bin Al Hussein was welcomed to the state of Alabama by Representative Bradley Byrne from Alabama’s first Congressional District, on the Academy’s campus on Thursday, 23 October 2014.
