The Academy’s online Strength & Conditioning program aims to arm students with a foundational knowledge informed by up-to-date research. Students will be taught how to think critically in order to develop the skills necessary for a career in today’s strength and conditioning field.
Be prepared for certification exams.
Coursework will closely follow the industry standards set forth by the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). Students who complete this degree will be prepared to take national certification exams, such as the one offered by the NSCA, which are critical to advancement in the profession.
The Academy’s undergraduate degrees are upper-division programs, so applicants must have first completed a minimum of 30 credit hours of college courses. Applicants must submit a personal statement 300-400 words in length explaining why they would benefit from an Academy education.
