BSS in Sports Strength and Conditioning
Sports strength and conditioning specialists leverage scientific knowledge to improve performance. The United States Sports Academy’s bachelor’s degree in strength and conditioning will prepare you for collegiate or professional positions combining strength training, aerobic conditioning, and other science-based methods to help athletes improve their performance. You’ll also focus on athlete health and injury prevention. This program also fully prepares you to further your education in a master’s level sports discipline.

We are committed to making your exercise science degree affordable as well as accessible. We offer a low per-credit-hour fee and don’t require a residency, saving you travel and related costs. You’ll have 16 weeks to complete each course in the bachelor of sports coaching program and your books are included.
