We are looking to fill Adjunct Faculty positions in the following subjects: Biology/English/Math/Anthropology
BRIEF GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE POSITION:
The Non–Resident faculty member will provide instruction in specific subject. The faculty member will teach in the distance learning program via online delivery systems. The faculty member will be responsible for managing assigned courses and adhering to the policies and procedures of the Academy.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF POSITION:
To teach distance-learning courses in the specified field.
To engage in scholarly activities, conduct research and make presentations in the area of the specified subject within the available time and resources.
To assist in advising students.
To take a role in the evaluation of the sport education program.
To assist in the preparation of accreditation and certification reports concerning USSA as required.
Master’s degree is required, Doctoral degree preferred, Required to have 18 or more graduate credit hours in the course subject. The successful candidate must have teaching experience. Experience in sports is a plus.
