The United States Sports Academy’s online Master of Sports Science degree in sports management has been recognized as one of the top 30 best online sports management degrees by Online College Plan.
More than 50 master’s-level online degree programs were studied for the list released by Online College Plan, a service created to assist parents and students in learning about their options for an online college education. The service’s team includes educators, parents, and students.
The service lauded the Academy for its non-traditional offerings on a range of sports-specific topics and called the institution’s programs “top-notch” for the field of sports management.
“While the main degree we’re highlighting here is the sports management degree, we know that sports management can take many forms,” Online College Plan wrote in a news release. “Some sports managers are also on the field coaching athletes, some work in rehabilitation, or recreation, or tourism. Thus the range of degrees including masters in sports management, sports coaching, sports health and fitness, and recreation management really is a great spread for future sports management workers. All degrees offer thesis options, non-thesis options as well as a range of electives to tailor your degree program as you need.”
This new ranking comes on the heels of the Academy’s recent accolades from Intelligent.com, who listed the institution’s master’s degrees in sports management and sports coaching among their top programs in the country for 2020.
