DAPHNE, Ala. – Sports fans, set your online-viewing alerts to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday for the next edition of the United States Sports Academy’s Sports Talk program.
This week, Sports Talk moderator Dr. Stephen Butler and Dr. Bret Simmermacher, Academy Chair of Sports Coaching, will talk with guest Jim “Crawdaddy” Crawford, former assistant baseball coach under the late Eddie Stanky at the University of South Alabama. Crawford also coached the minor league Gastonia Rangers and served as a scout for the Chicago Cubs.
