DAPHNE, Ala. – Sports fans, set your online-viewing alerts to 11:30 a.m. Wednesday for the next edition of the United States Sports Academy’s Sports Talk program.

This week Sports Talk moderator Dr. Arthur Ogden welcomes Dr. Fred Cromartie and Mr. Jack Kerwin to the show, where they will discuss the upcoming fight between Mr. Manny Pacquiao and Mr. Floyd Mayweather Jr. and the economic impact it will have on boxing’s status and economics. Both Cromartie, the Director of Doctoral Studies at the Academy, and Kerwin, the Academy’s Director of Communications, hail from cities well known for their pugilistic history; Cromartie is a Chicago native and Kerwin is from Philadelphia. Each was raised at a time and in an environment that placed a major value on the sporting world’s sweet science. To view the program live, visit the Academy’s Google Plus page at http://google.com/+UssaEdu.

Sports Talk features commentary on a wide range of current events in the sporting world, usually in a panel-discussion forum with Ogden, Chair of Sports Management at the Academy, serving as moderator. That is the format for this episode after back-to-back weeks of one-on-one interviews.

In addition to being available live, the program will be available for viewing afterwards at the USSA’s YouTube site at https://www.youtube.com/user/USSportsAcademy.
