Meet Our President’s Cabinet

The USSA president’s cabinet is composed of senior university administrators who report directly to the president. The cabinet members advise the president on priorities, initiatives, and issues affecting the university.

Dr. Steve Condon

Dr. Steve Condon, a longtime chancellor, university president, collegiate athletics director, coach, professor, and higher education leader, is the third President at the United States Sports Academy.

Dr. Fred Cromartie
Vice President of Academic Affairs

In his 26 years of work at the Academy, Dr. Fred Cromartie has held multiple leadership positions including within the academics department. He was promoted to Vice President for Academic Affairs in 2023. He is also a USSA alumnus, having earned his Doctor of Education and Master of Sports Science degrees from the university.

Shealynn Miller

Shealynn Miller joined the USSA staff as Assistant Vice President for Administration and Chief of Staff in 2023. Miller also serves as USSA’s associate director of athletics, with oversight of baseball, softball, and volleyball. She has a background in higher education marketing, advancement, athletics leadership, and enrollment services, and has coached volleyball at various levels.

Eric Mann
Dean of Marketing, Communications, and Community Relations

Eric Mann spent more than a decade working in the newspaper business before joining the USSA communications staff in 2016. He spent five years as USSA’s director of communications and marketing before earning a promotion to Dean of Marketing, Communications, and Enrollment in 2023. He became the Dean of Marketing, Communications, and Community Relations in 2024.

Taylor Rogers

Taylor Rogers has served in several roles at USSA in just over two years on campus. Starting as Helpdesk staff, Rogers worked her way up through the ranks in the Academics department and into a position on the marketing and communications team within a year. She was promoted to Director of Admissions in 2023, and earned a promotion to Dean of Enrollment Services in 2024. She also plays a role in the athletics department as Assistant Director of Athletics with oversight of men’s and women’s soccer and men’s and women’s track and field.
