The United States Sports Academy will communicate alerts and warnings that affect the Daphne, AL campus, using Alert Solutions, in an accurate and timely fashion. Alerts and warnings can be sent via voice mail, text, or official USSA email. Alerts and warnings may use one or all three forms of communications. The subject matter of the alerts will be limited to safety concerns and USSA business disaster situations.
Possible alerts can include, but are not limited to the following:
- Fire Emergency
- Weather Emergencies
- Tornado
- Hurricane
- Threat/Act of Violence
◦ Civil Disturbance
◦ Bomb Threat
◦ Interpersonal Emergencies
The publishing of an alert message using Alert Solutions will be executed by the President/CEO, the Director of Administration and Finance, or their assigned designees.
